At Sixteen’s, all purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, items cannot be sent back or replaced. We request customers to carefully review product details before completing their purchase. If there is a rare case of a damaged or incorrect product being delivered, customers may contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist with a resolution.
