Sixteen’s — Shipping Policy

For orders within India, products are generally delivered within seven working days from the date of order. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, but all standard orders come with free shipping. Customers will receive a tracking number and dispatch update by email once their order has been shipped. We primarily ship through Delhivery and Blue Dart, and in cases where these are not available, we use other reliable courier partners. Any queries regarding delivery status can be directed to our support email.

Orders placed after 10 AM are shipped on the next working day. We do not dispatch shipments on Sundays or public holidays due to courier unavailability. Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch, and delays may occur due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address or contact details associated with the order.
